Event is Scheduled from 9a - 4p 

This is a Rain or Shine Event. Bring your Canopy's, and Chairs. In the Event of Rain we do have the Large Indoor Facility we can all hang out in.

Yes Carts are allowed with proper insurance, Scooters and Mobility Carts are also allowed we ask that you are respectful while around and in close proximity of participants vehicles.  

NO ATV's or Side by Sides will be allowed

Yes, however we do ask that all tents are properly secured/weighted down and placed behind the vehicles

There are several places in the Area close by to the Event. Please visit the location page of the website for a List of preffered locations many which have discounted rates for those who are visiting from afar. We look forward to having you join us

Disabled / Veteran Parking is located at 100 Fairground Road Just South of the Fairgrounds Entrance and the Vendor Building. Spectator/Trailer Parking is on Greensboro St Ext across the street from Main Entrance of the Fairgrounds. VIP Parking is at the Main Entrance Gate of the Fairgrounds 

If coming in from out of town on Friday, most preferred hotels have adequate parking areas. Partners, and Vendors may park overnight with in the grounds however we ask that they be moved out to the designated parking areas prior to the start of the event 

Yes, we will have a dedicated Food Court Area the day of the Event offering up Local, Standard Eats, and Beverages. 

Well mannered dogs are welcomed, please clean up, and properly dispose of any messes that he or she makes.
